I have a large music library (21,000+ songs) so the fraction I can fit onto the iPod Touch is all over the place. What mood I’m in dictates very strongly what I want to listen to & the genius feature was only so good at truly pin pointing the feel of a seed song. Now I get seed back with how the song is profiled, &b the seed song feature blows away what Apple offers. I actually spend time listening to songs instead of always skipping to the next, trying to find what suites me. Now if there was a full desktop app that does the same thing for my entire library, my music listening world would be set.

… But it needs a bit of a helping hand. I do find the tempo setting to be a bit inaccurate. Even when used at lowest of full settings it just seems to ignore it but hey, I can’t complain. I like the idea of this app, the sheer concept is wonderful. I like being able to save the playlists :) awesomely cool! 68 missing tracks out of 994 all of these tracks with inacurate artist names and track names for organization purpose, so technically its only 1 track missing which is the Halo MIjonir Mix. Can’t expect miracles. 1/994 is just spectacular! I love this app to bits, is now in my dock alongside beejive, app store and music, moved TTR3 off for this app, shows something :)! Keep up the great work!

Being an iPhone developer myself, this is one of those apps I see and think, “I wish I had developed that!” The concept is just brilliant, and the execution is near perfect. This is what I always wanted genius to be – something that could generate a playlist based on the mood of a song, not just on what songs go well with it. I’m going to be generating a lot of playlists with this app.

One more thing – I would love to see a desktop version of this app that could integrate with iTunes. I’d pay for that. Heck, I would’ve paid several dollars for the iPhone version. You should be charging for this. ;)

It’s simply great. I adjust the sliders based on my mood as of right now. And it comes with a list of songs. Awesome! The concept is wonderful.

Moodagent is a terrific App. Function backs appearances. I was pleased to find the music continues to shuffle the 25 songs even when exited.

It’s like it syncs to your mood and matches the perfect song to express yourself at the moment. It knows exactly what song in your library to play.

Takes a lot of time on the first opening, depending on how many songs you have, but while you’re syncing you can still make playlists! it’s great!!!

Works better than I expected it to. Even picks up some little gems of album tracks from the 400 relatively alternative albums on my phone.

This app is really cool!!!! The one thing I think would be cooler is a feature that would also suggest a new song from iTunes based on you’re seed song or something.

Great little app – matches the mood levels you set pretty well (with some abnormalities, just like genius when it first started). Only improvements I’d like would be the ability to recognise more tracks and a few UI improvements. Great app and service!
