I reprofiled and resynced my playlist. But still about 100+ out of 1900 tracks were said to not have a profile.

When using the profiler on my pc, 100% were successfully profiled.

I made sure none of the tracks were less than 30secs long, they were no audiobooks or podcasts included in my playlist, none of my tracks are DRM protected nor were they purchased through itunes.

Yet I am still getting x of x tracks have no profile, even though those tracks were successfully profiled on the desktop profiler.

Advice?

The Moodagent Profiler on your PC looks at all your songs and attempts to find a match. If it doesn't find a match it will perform a series of tasks to create the profile including: performing an analysis of the digital signal, determining a key segment within the song, passing this segment through multiple expert systems creating a profile for the song and storing the profile in the cloud.

There are a few reasons your songs may not be profiled: (1) If your songs were purchased through the iTunes store and are protected files we cannot perform the profile creation step as we cannot gain access to the digital signal part of the file. (2) If the track is less than 30 seconds it is not profiled and (3) If it's a podcast or audiobook we do not create the profile.

I have a problem with the profiling of files.
After my tracks have been successfully profiled on my PC, when I sync Moodagent on my iphone, it still states that x number of songs have no profiles when those same x number of songs have definitely been profiled on m y PC.

Is there something that I'm missing or is this connected to the server overload?
