Let’s clear up a few things
We’ve received a number of inquiries and comments here at Syntonetic about how Playlist DJ works… and doesn’t work. We want to take this opportunity to clarify a few points for those who may still be a bit fuzzy.
- Playlist DJ is not a streaming music solution! Playlist DJ creates instant playlists based on your moods and emotions using music from your own music library. Play music you forgot you had! Discover tracks you didn’t know were there!
- Playlist DJ is available through the Nokia Ovi Store at an affordable cost. There is no subscription fee required! Pay once. Enjoy forever!
It is true that prior to creating playlists with Playlist DJ, you will need to profile the tracks in your library, and this all happens via an online connection. But once that’s done, all playlists are created without a connection. Use the app as often as you like to create playlists and play your music. Playlist DJ does not eat up your data allowance or minutes.
