We are an agile bunch and tend to engage everyone from across our teams – the musicologists, the UXers, the software engineers and the OPS team – actively encouraging new ideas, outliners and out-of-the-boxers. We believe in innovation and ingenuity as the primary keys to maintaining our technological leadership, and go to great lengths to ensure this occurs. This includes pulling in outside innovation facilitators to get us to challenge our concepts, or flying everyone to Cannes for a weekend of charades.
